Issues with my wife’s account again, I must be hosting 6+ accounts now with Tsohost but only seem to have issues with this one, I blame the demanding nature of the user!
This time the problem was email related with my wife claiming that messages were all mixed up, initially I was sceptical thinking the user is more likely to be mixed up but she was right. Messages on her phone and desktop clients were fine but when using webmail the content of the email does not match the subject line or sender and the dates were jumbled.
I raised a ticket at 9:13 am (a good start to the day).
Support email back within 7 minutes asking if I would be happy for them to try clearing the IMAP cache on the server. I clarified that this wouldn’t cause any issues between devices and if so please continue.
9:27 am Support reply that the cache had been cleared and please check.
Within 15 minutes the issue was resolved. I should really show my wife how to raise support tickets but I fear this would result in Tsohost having to raise prices for all users to cover the increased costs.
